Savory Gluten-Free Waffle Recipe

I PROMISE YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of tater tots
4 large eggs
1/4-1/3 cup of cooked broccoli (shredded)
Cheese (as much as you want)
1/4 cup of Mexican salsa
Chopped onions
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
Butter
Directions:
Microwave your taters so they are soft and cooked. Break them with your fingers and mix them with the cooked/steamed broccoli, the salsa, onions and cheese. Crack your eggs, add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Whip your eggs and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.

They have plenty of greens. That meets the definition of healthy right? Oh wait, you don’t care right? Ok.
GET YOUR WAFFLE MAKER OUT! I personally have a Belgian waffle maker. I butter it (so the waffles don’t stick to it) and pour the ingredients. NOW, WAIT FOR THE BEST PART. After a few minutes (usually 3-4 mins), the waffle is ready. Make sure is crisp, so you can remove it without crumbling.
ENJOY! I love mashing some avocado with goat cheese and adding it on top.
